honry treatment

yes that was a deliberate spelling error.. what it was, was 'honey treatment'.. it was something that i saw on a flyer for a beauty salon in bangkok.. the salon name is Pornkrap which led to my colleague who commented 'do everything in bangkok sound so yellow?' hmm.. somemore the salon slogan was 'we served one man but many women..' like some alternative 'entertainment' bar, if you know what i mean..

there was something on the flyer called 'eyelash long ker'.. duh, my colleague and i laughed after stunned for a while, are they actually meaning eyelash extension? wonderful! and eyelash curling becomes cuRing.. haiyoh! since i wanted to do it, we decided to find one salon that at least could get the spelling correct.. talk about consumer confidence.. we are so easy to please..

my colleague thought i was very wicked to always correct people's spelling.. hee! but that's fun and humour.. it's finding entertainment out of the most unfortunate things..

what other unfortunate things are there? well, what's rampant in the shopping centres there are these horrible imitations of brands like LV, Gucci, Burberry etc.. my goodness.. there were a few very enterprising shops which want to capitalise on more than 1 brand at a time.. and i dont mean 1 item, i brand..

there is this terribly ghastly burberry imitation of a wallet with it's signature brown checks which looks fine enough on its own.. but perhaps the manufacturers thought to provide value for money, they decide to add the LV cherries on the checkered print. what's worse, is there would be a couple of 'spoiled' cherries that are purple.. purple!! not red.. tsk tsk! we wonder how that come from..
