Been so long
since I last blogged. Been busy busy busy... Well, maybe not. Just tired, more often than not. Work is relentless, and was working late every day. Weekends were spent recouping and in depression.Had some kind of a nightmare last Monday. My family and I were trapped in my room. Water was just gushing out non-stop from my toilet. It poured into my room up to calf-deep and seemed to take a life of its own. Slapping against us trying to sweep us away. Finally my mum said "No use, we need to get out of here. Just quickly pack whatever you can reach and leave the house." As we made for the door, the water followed us more and more closely. We rushed to the door as I tried to close the wooden door, the water slapped it back. Panicked, I could only close the front gate (for all the help it did) and we ran and ran downstairs. For each neighbour's house we passed, water also poured out!
Boy, that was comical and scary at the same time. I woke up and looked at my room door, wondering if water was going to start pouring in.
Verdict: Either my work was overwhelming me, or I should buy Toto 4D.
Fact: Over the past 3 weeks, my tap was spoilt and my toilet cannot flush. So it's a dream mirroring reality?
