Faster, faster... huff huff!!
had half an awfully chocolate cake to myself.. that's a 1/4kg... earlier in the evening, we did our usual jog at east coast, with moo's dad this time too.. shorter distance this time, but ran faster to make up for it... cos his dad was fast and i didnt want to lose to a 67yr old man... so sweated more... met wei-en, ex-coll, with her brother.. looked good.. we made plans to meet up for lunch soon...no more coloured pearls forever.. sad, my weekend ritual disrupted....
went into sniffles and sneezes later in the night... throat felt funny.. think may have caught a chill...
